Funny Man Tribute Tops TV
A Tribute to the late Brendan Grace, who die on Thursday 11 July, 2019, topped the TV charts. RTÉ ONE's tribute to the comedian was watched by 330,000 viewers. RTÉ2's GAA coverage took 2nd, 3rd and 4th place, with RTÉ ONE's documentary Showbands - How Ireland Learned To Party came 5th. Virgin Media one's Coronation Street had 196,000 viewers coming in at 15th place.
