RTÉ2's Sport Tops June TV
RTÉ2 took 17 of the top twenty TV broadcasting in June 2019. Virgin Media one's coverage of the Champion's League Final top the chart with 543,000 adult viewers, with its coverage of the trophy lift getting 408,000 adult viewers. RTÉ2's coverage of the GAA took up 17 places in the top twenty programmes, with only one show from RTÉ ONE entering the top places, RTÉ's Nine News had 284,000 adult viewers over the course of June, this compares to Six One's 270,000 viewers, Virgin Media News at 5:30's 109,000 viewers, Virgin Media News at 8 with 101,000 viewers and Virgin Media News on TWO with 61,000 viewers. Love Island had an average audience of 117,000 across its 9 O'Clock show during June 2019.
