Ian Drennan New Director of Corporate Enforcement

The Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation, Richard Bruton, T.D. has announced Ian Drennan as the new Director of Corporate Enforcement. The Office of the Director of Corporate Enforcement (ODCE) is responsible for the enforcement of compliant and legal corporate activities in the Irish economy. Mr. Drennan replaces Paul Appleby, who served as Director for 11 years.

Minister Bruton said "Having held the position of Chief Executive Officer of the Irish Auditing & Accounting Supervisory Authority for the past eight years, and having led both the establishment and development of that organisation over that period, Mr Drennan brings with him a wealth of experience in the areas of advocacy, regulation and enforcement to the role.
