The interview by Oprah Winfrey with the former British Royals topped RTÉ2\'s Monday night programming. The programme aired earlier in the night on ITV. The average audience for the show was 725,000 making it the second of the most watch show on RTÉ2 over the last 12 months. The GAA Football Final had an average of 876,600 in December.

RTÉ2\'s timeshift service RTÉ2+1 is to start airing on Sky from Wednesday (10th March, 2021). The channel has been available on Saorview for the last 2 years, launching on the 19th of February, 2019. The channel airs RTÉ2\'s programming an hour later from the main channel. It\'s current audience share is 0.22%, while RTÉ2\'s audience share in January 2021 was just 3.88%. The channel will be placed on channel 202 on the Sky TV guide, while it is currently available on Saorview\'s Channel 12. Last month TG4 launched it plus 1 and plus 2 services online.

RTÉ's comedy vehicle for Amy Huberman had an average audience of 295,000 viewers over the course of its run according to an Freedom of Information (FoI) request seen by CCÉ. The series started of with 427,000 viewers and saw it fall to 212,000 by episode 5. The six part series also saw an average of 16,500 viewers on RTÉ ONE +1, with repeats the same week getting 108,000 viewers (7,500 on +1). The series was repeated a year later getting an average of just 26,000 viewers on RTÉ2, with the +1 getting 2,000 viewer on average across the six episode. The Second series of Finding Joy is due to air on RTÉ ONE later this year.

In all the latest complaints came to 16. The Last complaint decided on by the BAI was on 25th of January 2019, some 6 months ago. The Broadcasting Authority of Ireland (BAI) rejected all complaints with just 4 complaints seen by their Compliance Committee, rest where rejected by the The Executive Complaints Forum of the BAI. Three complaints were made against The Late Late Show, one against a Prime Time promo on RTÉ ONE. RTÉ Radio 1's Ray D'Arcy Show, RTÉ2's TRTÉ, Sunshine FM's More Music Drive, Red FM's Neil Prendville Show, RTÉ's Six One, Virgin Media's Celebrity Juice, RTÉ's Nine News, Radio 1's Marian Finucane Show and Radio Nova's Colm and Lucy Show each received one complaint. Newstalk's Lunchtime Live received 2 complaints.

Coverage of the Women's World Cup continues to grow on RTÉ with the average audience for the Semi-Final (USA V England) getting 220,000 viewers. The Audience peaked at 316,700 viewers at 9:45 as the game reached its conclusion. The share of the audience was at 20%.
