Virgin Media TV's Autumn Schedule Announced

Virgin Media TV have announced their autumn schedule of shows. Reality TV show "The Big Deal" will see Boy George, Vogue Williams, Jedward, Aston Merrygold, Lyra and Deirdre O'Kane find Ireland's next big talent. Irish crime thrillers "Redemption" and "Holding" will air on the channel, co-produced by ITV, Virgin Media and Screen Ireland. Returning show include "Fanning at Whelan's", "The Guards: Inside the K", "Gogglebox Ireland" and "Living with Lucy". New series include "The Murder Files: The Killing of Jason Corbett", "Ireland's Unidentified Bodies" and "Anti-social Ireland". Live sports take centre stage "UEFA Champions League", "UEFA Europa League", "The Six Nations" and top racing from the UK.


Virgin Media TV's Daytime TV programmes are also getting a shake up. A new set is due for "The Six O'Clock Show". ITV's Loose Women return to the channel, while "Elaine" will not return for the new season, host Elaine Crowley will join Ireland AM from Friday to Sunday, while Muirean O'Connell swaps chairs with Karen Koster moving to Ireland AM, with Karen moving to "The Six O'Clock Show".

A replacement for Matt Cooper on "The Tonight Show" has yet to be announced. Matt Cooper, Anna Daly and Pat Kenny each announced they leaving Virgin Media TV.
