532 Covid Cases Across Ireland

Five hundred and thirty-two COVID-19 cases were announced across the Island of Ireland tonight. This brings the total cases to 120,775. The HSE and the Department of health announce 252 new cases in the Republic of Ireland, meanwhile in Northern Ireland 280 new cases were announced.


Republic of Ireland

The headline figures show a total of 252 new cases as of 12 midnight on the 22nd of November, with no deaths reported. Overall 2,023 COVID related deaths have been announced.

The HSE and Department of Health also announced full hospital figures for November 21st, twenty-two cases were health care workers. The total number admitted to hospital stands at 5,053 cases, up 10.

15% of all cases for the weekending 21st of November where healthcare workers. 182 people were admitted to hospital, compare to the previous week of 207.

Northern Ireland

Figures announced by the Northern Irish Health Department show an increase in cases of 280 to 50,064 cases in total. The total admissions to hospital in Northern Ireland is 3,944, up 28.

Northern Ireland recorded three further deaths. There have been 936 COVID related deaths in Northern Ireland.
