787 Covid Cases Across Ireland

Seven hundred and eighty-seven COVID-19 cases were announced across the Island of Ireland tonight. This brings the total cases to 115,518 The HSE and the Department of health announce 456 new cases in the Republic of Ireland, meanwhile in Northern Ireland 331 new cases were announced.


Republic of Ireland

The headline figures show a total of 456 new cases as of 12 midnight on the 15th of November, with one death reported. Overall 1,984 COVID related deaths have been announced.

The HSE and Department of Health also announced full hospital figures for November 14th, forty-one cases were health care workers. The total number admitted to hospital stands at 4,871 cases, up 17.

The week-ending November 14th 21% of all reported cases where health care workers this compares to 7% the previous week.

Northern Ireland

Figures announced by the Northern Irish Health Department show an increase in cases of 331 to 47,162 cases in total. The total admissions to hospital in Northern Ireland is 3,646, up 39.

Northern Ireland recorded fourteen further deaths. There have been 869 COVID related deaths in Northern Ireland.
