Donegal Road Crash 19/11/2013

A crash occurred on a minor road in Creggan, Ballybofey on Tuesday (19/11/2013). A 53-year-old male van driver was seriously injured when a collision happened with his van and a 4X4 vehicle. He was later pronounced dead at the scene. A post-mortem examination of his body will be carried out in Letterkenny General Hospital.

Forensic collision investigators are due to attend the scene this morning (20/11/2013). The road remains closed and diversions are in place.
