102 New Cases of COVID19
One hundred and two covid cases were announced by the HSE tonight, this brings the total cases to 29,774 in the Republic of Ireland. The HSE and Department of Health also announced full hospital figures for September 5th, twenty-nine cases were health care workers. Three people were admitted to hospital. The total number admitted to hospital stands at 3,427 cases.
The headline figures show a total of 102 new cases as of 12 midnight on the 6th of September, with no deaths reported. Overall 1,777 COVID related deaths have been announced.
912 new cases of COVID were announced for the weekending 5th September, 2020. Up 121 from the previous week. Of those COVID cases 143 of them were healthcare workers, 16% of all cases that week.
