200 New Cases of COVID19
Two-hundred new covid cases were announced by the HSE tonight, this brings the total cases to 27,191 in the Republic of Ireland. The HSE and Department of Health also announced full hospital figures for August 13th, four cases were health care workers. Three people were admitted to hospital. The total number admitted to hospital stands at 3,384 cases.
The headline figures show a total of 200 new cases as of 12 midnight on the 14th of August, with no deaths reported. Overall 1,774 COVID related deaths have been announced.
So far in August 1,082 new cases of COVID have been reported. The total number of new cases in June and July was 1,053.
