85 New Cases of COVID19
Eighty-five new covid cases were announced by the HSE tonight, this brings the total cases to 26,027 in the Republic of Ireland, with 2 de-notifications. The highest number of new cases since May 31st 2020. The HSE and Department of Health also announced full hospital figures for July 28th, six were health care workers. One case was admitted to hospital, the total number admitted to hospital is 3,350 cases.
The headline figures show a total of 85 new cases as of 12 midnight on the 29th of July, with one death reported. Overall 1,765 COVID related deaths have been announced.
