New Zealand's Conservatives Retain Power

The National Party of New Zealand has retained its lead in Christchurch following the New Zealand General Election on Saturday (23/9/17). Outgoing Prime Minister is excepted to retain his reign. His party lost one seat down to 58 and requires 3 more seats to enter government. There closest political partners the ACT party retained their only seat, while Labour and the Green will also negotiate with the NZ first party to see if they can form a government.
